Payment

All payments are made in GBP (£) Sterling and are processed securely off our website by our payment provider. We do not retain Credit Card details on the website.

Delivery

Please call us on +44 (0) 20 7405 5477 if you have a question about a delivery.

A minimum delivery charge of £3.95 Royal Mail First Class (if within the UK), may be added, for any item of modest value advertised online on this site. Similarly higher value goods requiring shipping by Royal Mail Special Delivery may incur a cost of around £ 10 all items are insured for your peace of mind for delivery within the UK. Special arrangements may apply for export.

Our catalogue lists items currently in stock, we expect to despatch items within 1 working day. Items designated ‘On Appro’ or ‘In Business’ still may not be available from our offices in London and may take a few days longer to deliver. Please enquire for delivery with the stock code.

For collection at our London offices, please notify us by email or telephone once you have placed your order online. We will require proof of  the card registered address on the purchase alternatively you may reserve an item by phone or email and pay by chip and pin.

Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT   (Trade prices are displayed excluding VAT if logged in).

VAT exempt transactions are available for export orders. Please enquire for details.

Returns

Unless goods are faulty (and Customers notify G F Williams & Co within 24 hours of receipt of goods), goods ordered on this site may not be returned for credit or refund unless agreed beforehand by G F Williams & Co. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods

In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, they must be returned within 7 days. They will be inspected, and any damage deemed to be a result of extraordinary wear and tear will not be accepted. Where possible goods may be repaired, but only where such items are deemed by us repairable. There may be a charge for this service to cover delivery and any other costs incurred.

Goods on Approval

By prior agreement with G F Williams & Co, and on the proviso of an existing and good trading relationship*, items may be supplied to Customers on approval. However, these remain the property of G F Williams & Co, returnable on demand. Whilst goods are on approval, the Customer is responsible for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever until received at the offices of G F Williams & Co. Goods will be presumed kept and invoiced after one month.

*as a trade customer, you may qualify to open an account with us. Please call us and we will be happy to discuss terms and references.

Receiving a refund

Where applicable, refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. The cost will be credited to the purchaser’s original credit card, including sales taxes but excluding delivery charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the United Kingdom (UK).
